It is the oldest civil architecture estate in the city. The middle part of the arch of the hall indicates the date of construction: June 28, 1736. It was the house of Ensign Don Manuel de la Gándara, uncle of Francisca de la Gándara, Virreina Mexicana for her marriage to Brigadier Félix María Calleja del Rey. The facade was covered with stone in 1948. At its main entrance you can see the arch of three lobes and its main dining room was the courtyard of the estate.
